Paradisium has been composed for SATB with a solo viola and solo cello accompaniment. Its first performance was by the London Voices and Thomas Farnon and it was released as part of the album 'Solace' in 2019.

Composer's Note:
This piece is about finding paradise whatever that is to each person - I tried to evoke what paradise in music is for me, dense harmonies, lots of counterpoint building steadily to a release point. The only words used are Paradisium and that only appears when the journey has reached its climatic point.
